A note on Brexit and Shipping

Unfortunately Brexit has made shipping to the EU an absolute nightmare for a small business like ours, and our webstore builder doesn't operate an IOSS system, so we are unable to pre-pay EU VAT at point of sale for European customers. After some consideration I've changed the way EU shipping is calculated at checkout to enable me to pre-pay the VAT through the courier, at the cost to us of essentially providing the actual shipping for free.

While this does mean EU orders are almost a loss for us, it does at least mean we can make the process easier for our customers, which we would rather do than stop shipping altogether. We greatly appreciate support from EU customers, and hope the relationship between Britain and the EU can be restored in future, especially as our annual trip to Crisis in Antwerp was one of the highlights of our year.

Founded by Harry and Ed, Warmill has been producing lasercut MDF terrain kits for gamers since 2010!

With an emphasis on sci-fi and near future terrain and accessories, the Warmill universe is inspired by cyberpunk, dystopia, 2000AD and satirical visions of a future world that is far too believable for comfort. We design products that look good and add depth and flavour to the tabletop, because we believe that games should be about more than just rolling dice, they should be about the stories we tell.
